GolferWX provides weather forecasts, conditions analysis, and related information for golf courses across the United States. Our Service includes:

• Weather forecasts and Golfability Scores for 16,800+ golf courses
• Wind calculations and club adjustment recommendations
• Optimal play window suggestions
• Course search and discovery features
• Account features for saving favorites and preferences
• API access for developers (subject to separate API terms)

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Not use automated systems to access the Service without our permission
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards or engage in abusive behavior.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, algorithms, and software, is owned by GolferWX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Content: If you submit content to the Service (such as feedback or suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and incorporate that content to improve the Service.

Trademarks: "GolferWX," "Golfability," and related logos are trademarks of GolferWX. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

API Usage: Access to our API is subject to additional terms. API users are granted a limited, revocable license to access weather and course data for personal or approved commercial use. Redistribution of bulk data or competitive use is prohibited.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
